Jesus Christ is the central figure of the Christian faith. He is the Son of God, who came to earth to reveal God's love, offer forgiveness of sins, and provide a way for us to have a personal relationship with God. Through His life, death, and resurrection, Jesus demonstrated God's perfect love and grace toward humanity.
Following Jesus is about more than just believing in Him; it's about surrendering your life to Him and experiencing His transformative power. When you follow Jesus, you discover purpose, hope, and joy that transcends circumstances. Jesus offers forgiveness for your past, meaning for your present, and assurance for your future.
Repent and Believe the Gospel
John 3:16-18 ESV
16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
1Co 15:1-5 ESV
1 Now I would remind you, brothers, of the gospel I preached to you, which you received, in which you stand, 2 and by which you are being saved, if you hold fast to the word I preached to you–unless you believed in vain. 3 For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, 4 that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures, 5 and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve.
Act 2:36-39 ESV
36 Let all the house of Israel therefore know for certain that God has made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you crucified.” 37 Now when they heard this they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?” 38 And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 For the promise is for you and for your children and for all who are far off, everyone whom the Lord our God calls to himself.”
